Save Planet Earth

The sun is great today
I nearly forgot how bright it should be
maybe tomorrow would bring the same
although I cannot be sure of it
but one can be hopeful right
it's always welcoming to see
the darkness drowned out by light
reaching even to the brinks of mother earth
except for places within natures reach itself

With everything that's going on
in every corner of this world today
I fear the future that we are writing down
for our children and theirs and so forth
is nothing close to what an inhabitable world would be
probably the greed of the powers today
would be the reason that there would be no tomorrow
it feels as though that only the ones
that have acquired a fortitude of wealth
would have the means to survive
the holocaust of the upcoming series of unfortunate events
we have tainted earth so badly with our ungodly desires
in search for undeserving fortune and power
that we have overlooked a very vital circumstance
which is that without the ground that we stand on
still in tact with its natural resources
making earth habitable by the human race
we indeed would be a universal outcast
even more unfortunate as we would be just as dead
as dead as any corpse could be I reckon
being that we were not particularly created
to withstand the pressures of the complicated atmosphere
as we ascend further into the bounds of outer space
a realm that even we have not even scratched the surface of yet
how can we compensate for this unspeakable slaughter
of the planet that holds us all together as a species
a civilization of people of many different cultures

we speak of evolution as we know the science of it
and I do not deny the truth it encompasses
although do we realise that evolution is merely a simple process
that life in general adapts to in order to secure survival
which means we do not have a choice to evolve on our own
it is a natural binding process which has been in place
since the beginning of time itself I would presume
aside evolution the point I am trying to make is that
when the earth dies so does all the life it holds
unless through an evolution of some design
human beings can adapt to an atmosphere which is void of oxygen
a natural gas resource which most people that I know
personally require to keep their bodies in a functional state
always have taken it for granted it's obvious
being that it can replenish it resources and keep us alive
although imagine a world where the trees and plants are dying
with no longer the capability to produce the resource
I wonder what it would be like then

Human beings in general can't breathe underwater
and also can't withstand high levels of heat
what happens when the ice begins to melt
and the lands start to decrease rapidly
causing massive overpopulation and disorder
due to many reasons I assume don't need to state
being that this is the basic general knowledge
that we have been educated with since childhood
the heat of the sun is not giving us any comfort
and even looking 5 years ahead at the possible scenarios
what with the current predicament that we are in
with the overly popularized global warming
just imagine how much hotter the earth will become
even now we are more than always facing a health risk
when we are out in the open sun for too long a period
the sun is a priceless commodity gifted by nature itself
which we definitely couldn't live without I would say
taking convenience into note and a few other factors
just imagine absolute darkness throughout the days
with no greenlife to company us with the absence of the sun
would we then generate artificial power to replace the sun
what would life be like in the event of such occurrence
even with all this being said that is if we lose the sun
although what would be the first thing that lingers in your mind
when you even try to envision the biggest global bonfire
that the guiness book of records has ever accounted for
before the wrath of fury begins to sizzle the grounds below us
we would be looking at so much more water than we ever have
I suppose the only way to survive then would be
to descend down the oceans where the water pressure level
is a definite kill factor for any human beings alike

After all that I have said above about the inevitable future that we face
I am just conveniently venting out my opinions randomly
to express how I feel and even to remind myself on how bad things are
not to mention how much worse things are going to get

Save the World! Save Planet Earth!
